We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Operations Manager (English & Spanish) to lead customer experience, scheduling coordination, team communication, and daily operational execution.

Role Summary
This is a customer-focused operational leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced service environments. You will own client communication, scheduling coordination, service quality follow-up, and day-to-day support for both customers and cleaning teams.
You will work directly with the Owner to improve customer satisfaction, retention, operational consistency, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Communication
- Own daily customer communication via phone, text, email, and Jobber (CRM Tool)
- Manage scheduling confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations, and same-day issues
- Handle escalations, complaints, and re-cleans with professionalism and urgency
- Follow up with recurring and high-value clients to improve retention
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new customers
- Help maintain strong online reputation and customer satisfaction
Scheduling & Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily schedules between clients and cleaners
- Ensure cleaning teams receive accurate job details and updates
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish with staff and supervisors
- Help maintain coverage during call-outs and emergencies
- Support cleaner onboarding and operational coordination
Sales & Client Growth
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Prepare quotes and assist with onboarding new recurring customers
- Support local marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Identify upsell opportunities for deep cleans, recurring services, and add-ons
- Help drive 5-star Google reviews and referrals
Systems & Administration
- Use Jobber (or similar CRM software) for scheduling, invoicing, and customer management
- Track client communication and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with payroll and operations teams weekly
- Help improve operational workflows and customer processes
- Reduce owner involvement in daily customer management
KPI & Business Support
- Help increase customer retention and recurring revenue
- Track service quality metrics and customer satisfaction
- Support operational reporting and weekly business reviews
- Assist in improving team efficiency and scheduling optimization
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 3+ years experience in customer service, operations, or service industry coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing schedules, CRM systems, or service teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and scheduling software
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 Hourly: Range between $25 and $30 per hour
- Quarterly Performance Bonus based on KPI performance
