At Russell Landscape, we’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and people-focused Construction Branch Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our landscape construction branch. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience in commercial construction, landscape construction, or a related industry who understands the fast-paced nature of jobsites, field operations, and project deadlines.

Support the Branch Manager, Construction Managers, Project Managers, and field teams with daily administrative needs

Onboard new team members and maintain accurate employee and driver compliance records

Manage timecards, payroll deductions, and employee documentation

Process purchase orders, invoices, billing paperwork, and other construction-related documentation

Assist with tracking project costs, materials, equipment, and vendor information

Maintain accurate contracts, customer records, project files, and job documentation
-
Coordinate uniforms, office supplies, equipment, and other branch needs
-
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and field personnel as needed
-
Assist with tracking project deadlines, meetings, permits, and required documentation
-
Support the construction team with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks
-
Serve as a resource for branch technology needs and assist employees with basic system and software issues

Participate in branch and construction operations meetings and help ensure follow-up items are completed

Help keep branch operations organized, compliant, and running efficiently

2+ years of administrative or office management experience, preferably within commercial construction, landscape construction, general contracting, or a related industry

Experience supporting construction projects, field operations, Project Managers, or construction crews strongly preferred

Familiarity with construction terminology, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, job costing, and project documentation

Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and field employees

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced construction team

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
