Job duties:
- Use a variety of manual precision tools and equipment, such as mills, lathes, and drill presses
- Operate manual and CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce items as required
- Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications
- Understand and comply with industry standards
- Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials
- Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed
Skills/Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience
- Ability to modify and improve G-Code
- HAAS Vertical Mill experience preferred
- The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
- Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance
- Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
