Cleaner / Laborer Associate
Overview:
A Production Building Solutions is looking for a dependable and hardworking Cleaner / Laborer Associate to join our construction cleaning team. In this role, you’ll help maintain cleanliness and safety on active construction sites through physical labor and detailed cleaning. If you’re reliable, adaptable, and a team player, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface wiping.
- Clean up construction debris, dust, and dirt from floors, windows, walls, and other surfaces.
- Remove and dispose of construction waste safely and properly.
- Move materials and equipment to support cleaning tasks and prepare work areas.
- Set up and operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, scrubbers, pressure washers, etc.).
- Follow all company and site safety protocols; wear PPE as required.
- Support team leads to meet project deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and site personnel.
- Adapt to changing job site conditions and tasks as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.
- Take initiative to grow and improve through feedback and learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or cleaning is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-oriented mindset
