Curby’s Pack Leaders are responsible for:
- Promoting the culture of Curby's by having others first, ensuring quality, spreading a positive attitude, taking responsibility, and demonstrating trust in others
- Forecasting store and customer needs by constantly evaluating surroundings so that store operations are running in reflection of company values
- Assisting with training by positively reinforcing standards and coaching team members as necessary
- Delivering outstanding customer service by showing that Curby's guests are the number one priority
- Following all cash management procedures and ensure that all cash register policies are understood and practiced
- Maintaining timely attendance for both team and self

We would love for you to apply if you have:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- The ability to learn quickly and work well with a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Beverage, Food, or Retail Environment
- QSR experience preferred
