Position Summary
Flexible remote opportunity working approximately 5 hours per week helping maintain healthy client relationships through professional collections.
Key Responsibilities
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
· Document collection activity and payment commitments.
· Provide weekly updates on collection efforts.
Preferred Experience
Collections, bookkeeping, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
