Receptionist (Full-Time)

Grove Heating and Cooling is a locally owned, family-operated HVAC company dedicated to designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for residential and commercial customers. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and eager to learn. While this position begins as a Receptionist, we're seeking someone who is excited to grow with our company and develop into a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role over time. What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Scheduling service appointments
- Maintaining customer records and filing paperwork
- Organizing office supplies and inventory
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Receiving and coordinating package deliveries
- Processing customer payments
- Providing administrative support to office staff and management
- Assisting with other general office duties as needed
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with customer databases, scheduling systems, and other computer software
- Strong computer and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and take on new responsibilities
- A desire to build a long-term career and grow into a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position
- A professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
This is a full-time, in-office position with the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime as business needs require, including evening hours and Saturdays
