MacMedics is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our Award-Winning Service Teams in both our Severna Park and Lanham Maryland locations.
This position at MacMedics includes assisting customers to check-in/out for service, answering Apple service and sales questions in-person and over the phone, recommending upgrades and accessories, new and used Mac sales, and coordinating trade-ins. Persons with interests in art, photography, or music would do very well with our customers. Also looking for the person in this position to work with our social media team to help keep things updated.
