Job Title: Caregiver – Supportive Home Care & Personal Care

About the Role:
Class Home Care LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support clients in a one-on-one home care setting in Bowler WI. This is a great opportunity to join a growing home care agency and make a meaningful impact in your community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide supportive home care (SHC) services
- Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Schedule
- Part time
- Schedule typically includes weekday mornings and afternoons
- Specific hours based on family needs and caregiver availability
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving or personal care experience
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass caregiver background checks and screenings
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
