Seeking an experienced laptop repair technician for a high volume environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in diagnosing and repairing laptops/PCs (replacing LCD, system board, touchpad, etc) manufactured by Dell. In addition to repairing equipment, the selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
SKILLS:
- Extensive technical knowledge and problem solving with hardware such as laptops/PC, monitors, docking stations, tablets, etc. Experience with imaging, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11. Macbook experience a plus.
- Experience working with service management systems to track, meet, and report SLAs. Ideally HP Service Now.
- Current Dell repair certifications or the ability to pass certification within one week of hire. Comptia A+ is desired.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude and a good work ethic.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and follow up skills.
