Our Daycare Attendants advance to this position typically after 6 months of a regular weekly schedule gaining hands-on experience with the dogs and learning how to manage the daily routine and tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- same as a daycare attendant
- more experienced role for handling dogs with behavior challenges in group
- demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability to work with dogs of all playstyles and in any playroom
- works independently during holiday operations
Shifts are typically between 5-8 hours long. We have openings weekday mornings (6am / 7am start time) and weekday evenings (12:30pm start time). Team members average 15+ hours a week.
Candidates should have 1+ year direct experience working with dogs in a similar capacity. We promote from within. Employees that prefer working directly with the dogs and not seeking advancement may remain at this level.
