What You’ll Do:
- Perform customized facials, peels, microderm, LED therapy, and enhancements
- Rebook clients and recommend professional skincare
- Track treatment notes and deliver outstanding client care
- Work as part of a team committed to client results
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (depending on experience, skill set, and certifications)
- Tips: Our estheticians regularly receive $10–$15+/hour in client gratuities
- Bonuses: Monthly incentives for rebooking, client satisfaction, and performance
- Spiffs: Additional pay for retail sales, upgrades, and enhancements
- Average Total Compensation: Most of our estheticians earn $40–$45+ per hour all-in
