Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and closeout of commercial construction projects

Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performance

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and procurement timelines

Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination, contracts, and field execution
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal leadership
-
Partner with estimating, preconstruction, field operations, and accounting teams to support project success
-
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
-
Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain progress toward schedule and budget goals
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements

Mentor and support junior project management staff while helping drive consistency in project delivery
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred

Significant experience managing ground-up and/or interior commercial construction projects

Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control

Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
-
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents

Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software platforms

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage several priorities while maintaining attention to detail and client service
