What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping grow Sunny Days Arena by creating new business opportunities and developing lasting relationships throughout the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking private events and venue rentals
- Developing relationships with promoters and event organizers
- Prospecting local businesses and organizations
- Giving venue tours
- Preparing proposals and contracts
- Following up on leads
- Creating strategic partnerships
- Helping develop new event concepts
- Working closely with ownership on business growth initiatives
- Representing Sunny Days Arena throughout the community
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:

Experience in sales, hospitality, events, entertainment, or business development is preferred, but we care more about attitude, work ethic, and the ability to build relationships than a specific industry background.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
