We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow and manage a territory of dealership partners. This is a field-based sales role where you’ll own your pipeline, close new business, and strengthen existing accounts.
Must reside in: Phoenix, AZ area

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a strong territory sales pipeline

Prospect, sign, and onboard new dealership partners

Grow and retain relationships with existing accounts

Train dealership teams on NVP products and sales strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success

Track performance metrics, CRM activity, and market trends

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in your region
What We’re Looking For

B2B sales experience (automotive industry a plus)

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
