As the Residential Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Day to day shift operation of the program

Supervising all Direct Support Professionals

Ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community

Responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program services
Residential Shift Supervisor Minimum Salary: $21.63/hour
Residential Shift Supervisor Maximum Salary: $21.63/hour
Residential Shift Supervisor Schedule: Full-time
**We offer a differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**
Qualifications:

Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation

High School diploma or GED
-
Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional
