Pay Rate: $18.00–$18.75 per hour on W2
Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Job Description
This position is for Medical Devices in the AVD Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Building medical device products through assembly.
- Inspecting and testing medical devices.
- Performing periodic microscope work — not continuous.
- Some packaging and boxing.
- Cross-training will be provided in multiple areas.
- Previous soldering and microscope experience is preferred for some backfilled positions but is not required.
Additional Requirements
- Selected candidate will start ASAP after screenings have cleared.
- Will need to gown up and use:
- Hair net
- Beard net
- Shoe covers
- Safety glasses
- Requires operating electrical torque drivers and screwdrivers.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience working in a clean-room environment.
- Experience must be within the Medical Device Industry only.
- Must have some form of assembly experience in medical devices.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Preferably understands SOPs, FDA, and GMP requirements.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED — Minimum requirement.
Interview Process
- One interview only with the Hiring Manager.
- One-on-one onsite interview.
