Job Overview
We are seeking a cross-trained Master Esthetician/Laser Tech, Medical Assistant, and dedicated Front Desk team player to join our team at a dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident with lasers, aesthetics procedures, willing to work as a (In office Training) medical assistant and front desk. They will efficiently learn and work at the front desk, customer service, educate patients on retail/product & service knowledge, ensuring efficient patient service and administrative tasks are carried out effectively. They will be experienced with MedSpa services and laser treatments.
This position will be primarily Front Desk & Medical Assisting while building the MedSpa.
Duties
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in handling patient information
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Review and update patient documentation accurately
- Coordinate appointments and assist with scheduling
- Utilize medical terminology in daily tasks
- Assist with medical receptionist duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry tasks
Master Aesthetician & Laser Tech Responsibilities:

Experience
- Previous experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with health information management practices.
- Medical assisting experience a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations and procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Qualifications
-Master Aesthetician License in Utah
-Medical administrative support and office experience
- Proficiency in medical records management and patient service
- Skilled in using EMR systems like Modernizing Medicine
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Experience in front desk operations and clerical tasks
