Duties

Skills
- Proven experience in dietary or culinary roles, including dietary aide experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking in fine dining or restaurant settings
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and sanitation practices
