Core Responsibilities
Legal Strategy & Case Oversight
- Evaluate incoming intakes/leads, decide on what to retain/refer/reject.
- As a signing attorney, your core responsibility is to ensure the client is being ethically represented and properly cared for. Justpoint carries out those services under your supervision, so it is your duty to confirm they’re being delivered.
- Guide paralegals and legal assistants on discovery, evidence, and docket updates.
- Track MDL and state-court orders; adjust workflows accordingly.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all claimant communications, scripts, and marketing creatives meet ethical rules (ER 7.1-7.5, etc.).
- Serve as escalation counsel for complex claimant questions.
Thought Partnership
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Product teams by providing feedback and alignment on claim qualification criteria and emerging trends—Justpoint facilitates this process, but your insight ensures it stays accurate and ethically grounded.
Relationship Building
- Help expand a referral network of Arizona co-counsel and subject-matter experts.

What You Bring
- Active Arizona bar in good standing.
- 5+ years in personal injury or mass-tort litigation, ideally within an MDL.
- Progressive, tech-friendly mindset and comfort in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Sharp legal judgment, meticulous documentation habits, and strong communication skills.
Structure & Compensation
Independent-contractor / Of-Counsel agreement (not W-2 employment)
Draw: Monthly advance, $7-15k/month)
Revenue Share: 10% of contingency fees on all matters you oversee
Overhead: $0 – Justpoint covers intake, CM, marketing, tech, software, and customer support
Location: Fully remote
