A little about us- we are currently owner/operated and in need of movers to work along side us and slowly take over our crew lead roles as we work on growing TSM! We have been in business for almost 4 years and have been moving together for almost 5+ years now. You will have the opportunity to learn from us three and gain tons of experience!
At TSM, we take pride in delivering honest and professional moving services across Texas. Our main location will be Austin, Tx. We're looking for dependable team members who aren't afraid of hard work, enjoy staying active and believe in treating every customers home belongings as if it were their own.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, pack and transport household and commercial items.
- Properly wrap and protect furniture to prevent damage.
- Lift and carry items safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized moving truck.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Represent Texas Sized Moving with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75-100+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Valid drivers license preferred (Once promoted to lead)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Precious moving experience is a plus (Can be promoted to lead sooner!)
