Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support menu planning efforts by suggesting improvements based on ingredient availability and customer preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Adhere strictly to safety standards in production, including proper knife skills, slicing techniques, and food safety management practices
Requirements
- Prior experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or dietary departments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and food safety regulations
- Strong knife skills with precise slicing techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
