Café Server / Counter Support — The Farmstand Café
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, hospitality-minded Server / Counter Support team member to join our front-of-house team.
We’re a busy farm-to-table café offering breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, grab & go, beverages, and special events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality and is comfortable working in both table service and counter-service environments.
What You’ll Do
Server — Weekend & Table Service
- Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Check on tables and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas
- Process payments accurately
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience
Counter Support — Weekdays
- Greet guests and take counter orders
- Operate the POS and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and grab & go items
- Package food and assist with takeout orders
- Keep the counter, pastry case, and guest areas clean and stocked
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house team as needed during busy periods
We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in hospitality
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous serving or counter-service experience preferred, but we will consider the right candidate with strong customer-service experience
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Available for weekend brunch/table-service shifts
- Available for weekday counter-service shifts

This is a hands-on hospitality position. We’re looking for someone who is happy to move between serving, counter service, beverages, takeout, and general front-of-house support depending on the needs of the café.
