As a Line Cook at WINNIE'S TAVERN, you'll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality food our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items with proficiency on the fryer and flat top grill.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health department guidelines.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring timely, efficient service during busy shifts.
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth kitchen operation.
- Upholding food safety standards—ServSafe certification is a plus!
We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

1-5 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency with fryers and flat top grills.
- Adherence of f health department guidelines and food safety standards
- Attention to details and a high standard of cleanliness
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- ServSafe certification is a bonus but not required.
