Pay
$9.00–$11.00 per hour, plus tip share.
What You’ll Do
As a Guest Experience + TO-GO Team Member, you help create the first and last impression for our Guests. You will take dine-in, phone + TO-GO orders, help Guests navigate the menu, package orders accurately, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Your role includes:
- Greeting every Guest with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Taking food + beverage orders accurately through the POS system
- Answering phones quickly, professionally + with a smile
- Helping Guests choose menu items + add-ons to enhance their experience
- Packaging TO-GO orders correctly and checking for accuracy
- Running food, expediting orders + supporting the service team
- Bussing tables and keeping service areas stocked
- Maintaining clean workstations, restrooms + Guest areas
- Completing opening, side work + closing duties
- Handling cash accurately
- Showing up on time, ready to work + ready to support the team
