As a Qahwah House Junior Barista you will:
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and making a personal connection with every customer.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Provide feedback to store manager to continuously improve our performance and customer experience.
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
As a Qahwah House Barista, you can expect flexible schedules, full-time / part-time shifts and hourly pay in the $15 to $17 range (based on experience).
