Gohyang Korean Restaurant is currently renovating and preparing to reopen in September. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our reopening team.
If you enjoy Korean food and culture, providing excellent customer service, and working in a lively team environment, we would love to meet you. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service
- Explain menu items and answer questions about Korean cuisine
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve orders promptly and check on guest satisfaction
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system
- Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
- Communicate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
- Help with opening, closing, and side-work duties
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Interest in Korean cuisine and culture
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred
