We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to merchandise our retail spaces, making them inviting, shoppable, and reflective of current consumer needs. This role involves collaborating closely with merchants, operations, and store managers to create visually appealing and strategically organized displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Store Layout and Visual Strategy: Design store layouts to improve flow, optimize product visibility, and ensure an intuitive shopping experience. Develop and document merchandising standards for both everyday and peak-season events.
Display and Merchandising Standards: Create and implement visual standards that highlight our diverse range of products, from apparel and accessories to fresh food and electronics. Document the standards for both everyday and peak-season events.
Collaboration: Partner with merchandising teams to execute visual displays that align with store goals and promotions.
Seasonal and Promotional Updates: Update displays regularly to reflect seasonal trends, new product launches, and promotional events.
Increased Sales and Engagement: Measurable improvement in sales for highlighted or featured products, driven by effective displays and store layout adjustments.
Enhanced Store Traffic Flow and Shop-ability: Positive feedback from customer surveys or management on ease of navigation and shopping experience in the redesigned space.
Timely Execution of Visual Updates: Consistent and timely implementation of seasonal, promotional, and new product displays, meeting all specified deadlines.
Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration with internal teams and timely communication of display changes or needs.
Visual Standards Consistency: Adherence to established visual standards across both store locations, maintaining a cohesive and attractive brand presentation.

Proven experience in visual merchandising in apparel and general merchandise, including food. Mall, specialty store and food environments are a plus.

Strong understanding of store layout design, planograms, capacity loads, display techniques, and consumer behavior.
