Commercial & Construction Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
Active Florida Bar license in good standing-
7+ years of litigation experience

Experience with commercial litigation matters

Experience handling construction litigation cases

Construction contract drafting experience strongly preferred

Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills

Proven experience with depositions and motion practice

Ability to independently manage litigation caseload

Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
