Responsibilities

Skills
- Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide, with knowledge of meal planning and food preparation techniques
- Strong culinary skills including slicing techniques, knife skills, and cooking methods suitable for various cuisines
- Familiarity with food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments
- Ability to handle food efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Experience in restaurant or food industry settings, demonstrating excellent food service skills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, catering operations, and serving protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
