Qualifications
- Michigan Real Estate License preferred (or currently enrolled in the licensing process).
- No real estate experience required, we'll provide the training and support you need.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, mobile apps, and digital tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and real estate software.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation
- Expected annual earnings: $35,000.00 - $200,000.00+
- Commission-based compensation with no earning cap.
