Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard
Job Summary
We are currently hiring Unarmed Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment . The ideal candidates will be responsible for monitoring the premises, managing guest entry, maintaining order, and responding quickly to any incidents or disturbances.
This is a permanent position with consistent shifts.
Schedule:
Monday -Friday
7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of patrons, employees, and visitors.
- Maintain order and assist with trucks entering the facility when necessary.
- Provide basic first aid or CPR if needed until emergency services arrive.
- Document incidents and prepare reports on daily activities, including any disturbances or unusual occurrences.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding security concerns.
- Work with local law enforcement if necessary during investigations or emergencies.Requirements
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Experience with conflict management and loss prevention.
