Kentucky State Police is the premier, full-service law enforcement agency in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Polygraph Section for the Kentucky State Police is responsible for administering polygraph examinations to applicants of the Kentucky State Police and, as needed, providing support to criminal investigations and internal administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Under supervision schedules examinations as requested by investigators, conducts examinations and analyzes results.
- Uses computerized equipment to conduct examinations.
- Conducts pre-employment examinations.
- Reviews and analyzes investigative information.
- Prepares reports.
- Communicates with investigators.
