Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the Director of Operations in the planning, coordination, execution, and overall management of high-end custom residential construction projects. This pivotal role assists with project operations from reconstruction through project completion, helping ensure projects are organized, coordinated, on schedule, within budget, and built to the company's quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Assist Project Coordinators with client meeting agendas, including meeting notes, and action items.
- Participate in homeowner, design, and preconstruction meetings.
- Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans for coordination and constructibility.
- Coordinate with Superintendents and trades to identify conflicts, long lead items, and scheduling concerns.
- Assist with bioscope development, subcontractor comparisons and procurement coordination.
- Assist with quality control processes, punch lists, and project closeout coordination.
- Coordinate timely distribution of updated plans, revisions, RFI's, and project information.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, consultants, and internal team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for project documentation, contracts, permits, and other essential records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction management preferred.
- Experience with high-end custom residential construction strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and project cost control in a high-end construction setting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of building code requirements.

Pay: From $130,000.00 per year
