Job Overview:
D&M Bumper Exchange is seeking a reliable, hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Worker to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with auto body parts knowledge and preferably a body shop background. We're looking for a jack-of-all-trades—someone comfortable with deliveries, warehouse support, minor facility repairs, and seasonal duties like snow plowing.
This is not just a driving job—when not on the road, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations, stocking incoming inventory, and helping maintain an organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Duties:
- Receive incoming stock, including unloading containers and verifying shipments.
- Perform basic quality checks on parts during receiving.
- Shelve, label, and organize auto body parts inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal, and basic upkeep.
- Assist with minor facility maintenance, general warehouse tasks, and handyman duties.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver bumpers, fenders, hoods, and other body parts to body shops and repair facilities.
- Verify delivery information and ensure accurate, on-time drop-offs.
- Collect returns, process credits, and accept payments when required.
- Provide professional, friendly service to strengthen customer relationships.
General Maintenance & Other Duties:
- Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance (e.g., oil changes).
- Keep warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with snow plowing and shoveling in winter.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of auto body parts; body shop experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy parts.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic handyman or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Experience with warehouse operations and customer service preferred.
- Willingness to assist with snow removal in winter months.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
