What You'll Do:
As a Cashier Team Associate, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service while serving up fresh sushi, delicious Chinese-inspired dishes, and more. Your mission: ensure every Guest enjoys a memorable, high-quality dining experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet Guests with a smile, handle payments efficiently, and ensure every order meets Kumori Express’s high standards.
- Food Quality & Safety: Prepare and serve food safely and accurately while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Store Cleanliness: Keep workspaces, front counters, and drive-thru lanes clean, sanitized, and presentable.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside teammates to support Front Counter and Drive-Thru roles in a positive, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Prepare and assemble dishes quickly and with precision while helping with stocking and organizing ingredients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly & Professional: You have a helpful, enthusiastic attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Team Player: You enjoy working with others to achieve daily goals.
- Fast Learner: Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification: Food Handler certification required (can be obtained before starting).
- Bilingual: Preferred for providing outstanding Guest service.
