Ruby Art is an international art brand specializing in anime and pop culture-inspired artwork, prints, and merchandise.
We are looking for a reliable and professional Booth Assistant to help with setup and teardown at Dragon Con 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia. This role may also include assisting with booth operations and sales during the event if needed.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with booth setup before the convention
- Unpacking, organizing, and displaying merchandise
- Assisting with booth teardown after the event
- Packing inventory carefully and efficiently
- Following instructions and helping ensure smooth booth operations
- Assisting with sales and customer interactions if required
Requirements
- Extremely reliable and punctual
- Able to lift and move boxes and merchandise displays
- Comfortable working independently when needed
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous convention, expo, retail, artist alley, market, or event experience is strongly preferred
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working at anime, comic, gaming, or pop culture conventions
- Familiarity with artist alley or vendor booth operations
- Interest in anime, manga, gaming, art, or pop culture
Compensation
Applicants with previous convention or vendor booth experience will be given priority.
