Garage Door & Insulation Installer (Will Train)
Starting Pay: $20/hour During Training | Piece Rate After Training
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our team installing garage doors AND insulation. No experience? We are willing to train the right person.
You'll begin as a helper working alongside our experienced installers while learning BOTH trades. Once training is complete, you'll transition to piece-rate pay, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your production.
What You'll Do
- Assist with installing residential and commercial garage doors.
- Assist with installing various types of insulation.
- Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Work as part of a team while developing the skills to become a lead installer.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical to operate company vehicles.
- Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation to our warehouse in Pleasant Grove.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Schedule
- Start your day at 6:30 AM at our warehouse in Pleasant Grove, UT.
- Full-time position.
Pay
- $20/hour while training.
- Piece-rate pay after training is successfully completed.
