As an porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the community.
Performing routine cleaning and sanitation of common areas and community spaces.
Completing basic maintenance tasks such as light painting, carpet shampooing, and minor repairs
Assisting with seasonal or as-needed upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
Interacting respectfully with residents and contributing to a warm, home-like atmosphere.
Job Type:
Full-time available
Hours:
40 per week. Weekdays and every other weekend required
Pay:
Starting at $17.00/hour, additional pay based upon experience and shift
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
Ability to perform light maintenance and porter duties
Reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or GED preferred
