Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, capable, and responsible individual to join our team as a Director of Education. The Director of Education will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations with a particular focus on customer service, programming curriculum, and conferencing with enrolled families. This individual must be hard working, teachable, and relatable with children and adults.
Duties
- Manage front end administrative office
- Welcome families and students to Center
- Program educational curriculum
- Conference with parents and students
- Build weekly schedules for teachers and students
- Track student progress and ensure academic achievement
- Instruct students
- Create, send, and track invoices
- Market to local merchants, and support business development
Qualifications
- Self motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment
- Proficient with computers, software, and numbers
- Able to educate, communicate, and manage effectively
- Experience working in an educational setting is beneficial, but not a requirement
- Bachelor's degree required
