Required knowledge and skills
A. Excellent human relations skills in dealing with all internal and external stakeholders.
B. Microsoft Word, skilled in word processing of documents including letters, tables, and forms.
C. Computer searching and research skills. Computerized scheduling.
D. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing, and IC9 coding helpful but not mandatory.
E. Nurse Aid skills also helpful but not required.
F. Working knowledge of higher education processes and working procedures.
G. Current CPR certification preferred.
