As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, conduct professional in-home consultations, and recommend customized home improvement solutions that fit each customer's needs.

Responsibilities
- Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or door knocking required.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations to identify each homeowner's needs.
- Present customized solutions for roofing, replacement windows, siding, doors, gutters, and bathroom remodeling.
- Prepare same-day estimates, explain financing options, and close sales during the appointment.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and sales training with your Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
- Ability to travel within approximately 100 miles of your assigned office.
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as business needs require.
- Basic computer and tablet proficiency.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
