Position Overview:
As the Interim RN Unit Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership for assigned nursing units, overseeing staff performance, clinical quality, and resident care outcomes. You will support daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards. This short-term role is ideal for strong clinical leaders who thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced settings.
Requirements:
- Active WA RN License (or compact license)
- Infection Control certified
- Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting
- Strong clinical expertise with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
