Pressure Washing Technician / Crew Lead

Wix Exterior Cleaning & Sealing is hiring a Pressure Washing Technician/Crew Lead to help clean and protect some of the most recognizable buildings in the western United States. We primarily work on LDS temples and meetinghouses, along with universities, government facilities, and commercial properties.
This is a physically active, hands-on job for someone who enjoys working outdoors, traveling, and being part of a close-knit team.
What You’ll Do
- Pressure wash and soft wash commercial buildings
- Apply protective sealers to concrete, stone, brick, and other surfaces
- Operate professional pressure washing equipment
- Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites
- Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts
- Travel throughout the western U.S. for projects
- Help lead a crew while maintaining quality and safety standards

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer (or willingness to learn)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Able to work 10+ hour days when needed

- Concrete or masonry work
- Equipment operation
- Rope access/rappelling experience
