We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our high-rise window cleaning team. Whether you’re an experienced rope access pro or just someone who’s not afraid of heights and wants a stable, hands-on job with opportunity, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean windows on high-rise, mid-rise, and commercial buildings using rope descent systems (RDS), ladders, and other access methods
- Work on various structures including office buildings, hotels, hospitals, and residential towers
- Operate with full awareness of your surroundings, following all OSHA safety procedures and site-specific protocols
- Conduct pre-job safety inspections and daily equipment checks
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and fellow team members
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respectful behavior on job sites
What We’re Looking For:
- No fear of heights — this role requires daily work on buildings several stories high
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing, lifting, working outdoors)
- Dependability: you show up on time, ready to go
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to follow detailed safety procedures without cutting corners
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Rope access, rappel, bosun’s chair, or SPRAT/IRATA certification is a major plus — but we’ll train the right person

Pay: Competitive and based on experience + bonus pay
Location: Local travel to job sites; must have reliable transportation
