Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Provide general office management support by ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring office equipment functions properly.
Experience
- Previous office experience in a clerical or administrative role is required; experience in Real Estate or Construction office is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy, including typing skills and familiarity with productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to handle inquiries professionally via phone or email.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members.
- Experience with office management tasks such as calendar management, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is preferred.
- Personal assistant experience or receptionist background will be considered advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
