Travel RN – MedSurg/Telemetry | Multiple Locations Across North Carolina
MARS Solutions Group is actively hiring experienced Travel Registered Nurses (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry for 13-week travel assignments at leading healthcare facilities throughout North Carolina. Multiple openings are available with both day and night shifts.

Assignment Details
- Position: Travel RN – MedSurg/Telemetry
- Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Shifts Available:
- 12-Hour Day Shift
- 12-Hour Night Shift
- Weekly Pay: Competitive (based on experience and Shift )
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult MedSurg and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient care accurately using the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN License or Compact RN License.
- Minimum 2 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry experience.
- Current BLS certification (AHA required).
- ACLS preferred (facility dependent).
- Previous travel experience preferred but not required for some locations.
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
