Heart of Gold Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team serving clients in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate clients and family members on care needs and health management
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, physicians, and agency staff
- Ensure client safety and comfort during visits
- Follow all state regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and agency policies
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina LPN or RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Home health or private duty nursing experience
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and families
- Experience working with elderly or disabled clients
