Job Type: Full-time
- Direct the daily activities of the NAC’s, Restorative Aides, Smoking Attendants, and activity aides in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
- Administer medication to residents in assigned rooms/Team.
- Monitor and manage Medication cart to ensure it is properly stocked for current resident needs and ensure infection prevention measures.
- Ensure the medication room is always kept clean and sanitary.
- Attend shift change reports daily to receive the most current updates for the residents you will be caring for and learn of changes in condition or other new information. Review the following additional information daily.
- Assess any resident who was reported to have a change in condition, report findings (if any additional) to appropriate staff, physician, and family/resident representative as appropriate.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
