Duties
- Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating an inviting shopping experience
- Demonstrate wireless products and accessories through engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting suitable wireless plans, devices, and accessories based on their needs
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer value while ensuring satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract customer attention and optimize product visibility
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or wireless telecommunications
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and educate customers effectively
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to serve diverse clientele
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous but not required
- Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and sales calculations
